How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer an express delivery option at checkout which usually arrives within 1-2 business days if ordered before 1 PM.
What is your return policy for car care products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

Are your chemical products safe for all paint types?
Most of our products are pH-neutral and safe for all finishes, including ceramic coatings and wraps. However, we always recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first.
